SWF-450 Film Feeding from Below HorizontalType Automatic Packing Machine
For this packing machine, the film enters the former from below the product. This ensures a smooth product transfer and secure product handling of multipack and flexible products, not possible on a typical flow packing machine.

Single Piece product packaging:
Bread, chocolate enrobed cheese bar, popsicles, cookies, waffles, trowels, cotton wool.
Group packaging:
Folks and knives, Waffles, meat chops, bakery, soap, sponges, biscuit with tray etc.
Non standard products (customization):
Individual spoon, fork, knives, also suit for packing spoon, fork, knife, napkin, toothpick, etc.
Features of automatic packing machine:
1. Be controlled by double transducer, flexible cutting and setting of bag length, time and film saveable.
2. Human-machine operation, convenient and quick parameter setting.
3. Self diagnosis of failure function, clear failure display.
4. High sensitivity photoelectric eye tracking color mark and digital input of cut position make the sealing and cutting more accurate.
5. Separate PID control temperature, suitable for various packing materials.
6. Stopping the machine in the selected position, no sticking to the knife and no waste packing film.
7. Simple driving system, reliable working and convenient maintenance.
8. Stainless steel product contact parts
9. Easily exchangeable former
