Features Of packaging machine:
(1) The whole machine is controlled by PLC (40 points) of OMRON or MITSUBISHI, and speed is adopted Panasonic's frequency converter.
(2) The Pynamin Forte injection precision are high which deviation could be controlled within ± 5mg. Six pieces of paper are injected(30mg ~ 300mg) by six pumps separately. The pump is made of metal and has a long service life. Every pump could adjust slightly.
(3) The qualified rates of products are high. Blank mats qualified rateshigher than 99.97%, impregnated mats qualified rates is higher than 99.96%, and the totally qualified rates is higher than 99.7%.
(4) With high producing efficiency, it could work stably at 480 ~ 630 tablets/minute.
(5) The long service life, low noise and highly accurate rotary cutting way are advanced and scientific. It has already replaced the previously traditional pressing cutting way. The functions are better than the Japan Queen Light machine.
(6) The shapes of end cutting are adopted electromagnetic clutch and could separate 1 to 100 rows randomly. You could have different choices according to the products to meet varies requirements.
(7)The detector function automatically stops the machine if a mat is wrapped without being injected, or it is wrapped without mat(selective).
The basic process of the packaging machine
1.The blank mats are stacked vertically by hand and automatically feed blank mats to the following section.
2.The blank mat is injected with a fixed amount of pynamin forte.
3.The impregnated mats are automaticlly wrapped by laminated film .
4. Lengthways cutting the laminated film and athwartships cutting the seal.
5.The laminated film is cut into 3 6,9,12,18 etc pieces of mats(adjustable  according to the requirement of the customer)
